These Terms & Conditions govern your use of findtrainer.co.uk and your participation in the FindTrainer waitlist.

By submitting your email address, you agree to these Terms.

2. About FindTrainer

FindTrainer is a developing PT platform designed to connect qualified personal trainers with potential clients, initially focused on London.

At this stage, the website operates solely as a waitlist for early access.

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or discontinue the project at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

By joining the waitlist, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old, and
  • You are a qualified Level 3 (or equivalent) personal trainer, or intend to operate as one.

You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Waitlist Participation

Joining the waitlist:

  • Does not guarantee early access,
  • Does not create a contractual relationship, and
  • Does not establish any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

Access may be granted in stages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website,
  • Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site, or Use the website for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design on findtrainer.co.uk are owned by FindTrainer.

No content may be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindTrainer shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or interruptions,
  • Technical issues, or
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
